Museum Night Westerwolde – Saturday 14 November 2026

The Westerwolde Museum Night will take place on Saturday, November 14, 2026. From 19.00:00.00 PM to midnight, seven special museums and historical locations in Westerwolde will open their doors for a unique evening full of culture, history, and special experiences.

Bourtange Fortress is also open this evening. Preparations are currently in full swing. The program for Bourtange Fortress will be announced shortly. Therefore, keep an eye on the Museumnacht Westerwolde website and mark Saturday, November 14 in your calendar.

Program

Museum Night Westerwolde offers visitors the opportunity to visit various museums and historical locations during the evening. The program will be announced shortly, and ticket sales will also start soon.

Tickets

Single admission tickets are available at each participating museum . Would you like to visit multiple locations? With a pass, you have access to all participating museums and locations.

Special night bus

For adventurous visitors, there is a special way to experience Museum Night: a special night bus connecting three museums. Stories are told along the way during the bus ride, making the journey itself part of the experience.
